The Hot Club of Buffalo is a fiery four-piece band igniting the stage with the exhilarating sounds of Gypsy Jazz. Rooted in the spirit of Django Reinhardt, this Buffalo-based group fuses the swinging pulse of 1930s big band jazz with the rich, exotic flair of European Gypsy traditions—delivered entirely on acoustic instruments for a truly authentic and high-energy experience.


With rhythm guitar replacing drums, their sound is tight, driving, and unmistakably Gypsy Jazz—but they don’t stop there. The Hot Club of Buffalo infuses their sets with unexpected twists, blending influences from Bach to Hendrix to Vicente Amigo, and weaving in vibrant world rhythms like Bossa Nova, Choro, and Rhumba.
