Get ready for an incredible night of music and celebration as Crikwater, Western New York’s premier Irish-American Traditional Folk Band, takes the stage on the Friday of South Buffalo’s biggest weekend!
Born around a late-night, Guinness-fueled campfire in South Buffalo in 2010, Crikwater has become a local legend, blending fiery fiddle tunes, rowdy pub sing-alongs, and heartfelt ballads into an electrifying live experience. With multi-instrumentalists, stunning vocal harmonies, and a blend of Irish and American folk traditions, Crikwater has lit up stages from the Buffalo Irish Festival to the Niagara Celtic Festival—and now, they’re coming to The Caz!
Enhance your night with our specially curated Irish-inspired menu:
🍀 Braised Corned Beef & Cabbage (gf) – Tender corned beef with buttered Savoy cabbage, crispy rosemary-roasted baby potatoes, and horseradish cream.
🍀 Dublin Bay Prawn & Crab Linguine – A rich garlic and white wine cream sauce over linguine with delicate Dublin Bay prawns and sweet Alaskan pollock.
🍀 Emerald Garden Shepherd’s Pie (gf, v) – A hearty vegetarian pie of lentils, mushrooms, root vegetables, and golden mashed potatoes topped with melted Irish cheddar.
Don’t miss this lively celebration of Irish music, food, and culture!
