The Strictly Hip, based in Buffalo, New York, have been dedicated to faithfully recreating the music of Canada’s iconic rock band, The Tragically Hip, since 1995. Originally formed in St. Catharines, Ontario, the band relocated to Buffalo to connect with The Hip’s passionate American fan base. Known for their meticulous attention to musical detail and dynamic live performances, The Strictly Hip have become a staple in the North American tribute scene, regularly performing to sold-out venues. Their commitment to honoring The Tragically Hip’s legacy has earned them a loyal following and numerous accolades, including multiple Buffalo Music Awards for “Top Tribute Band.”
